Happy First Funday of 2020! It’s a new year and a new decade. Did you make the traditional resolutions? You know, the ones that last maybe a week, or two, but usually not the whole year. I’d like to propose a resolution you may or may not have considered. Make 2020 the year of self-care. Too often we set lofty goals that push us beyond our limits, which makes us better people. But, we forget to balance that with self-care. Self-care is making time for yourself to breathe away some of life’s stress, to build immune systems and enjoy life. After all, what good is reaching that goal if you’re too stressed out to enjoy it? I encourage you to resolve to find balance in your life and make 2020 a year to remember.
