Anxiety

Good Funday Morning! Yes, I know I’m a day late, but when the computer crashes, there’s not much I can do about it. But with new laptop at hand, I am back at it. Today’s topic: Anxiety. This year has made even the most stable person perhaps a little anxious. Look at the graphic and notice how anxiety can come across. Anxiety can take many forms that we may not even realize it for what it is. If you are feeling anxious, take some time for self-care and stress reduction. Visit with friends, talk it out and/or journal about the things that are creating anxiety for you. If it’s deeper, consider counseling and/or medication. Whatever you do, try to lower the anxiety before it wears you down. Take care friends, be blessed and a blessing.
