Happy Funday! Are you thankful? Do you let others know your thankful? More specifically do you send thank you notes? As part of grant writing classes I facilitate, I point out how important a hand written note is to tell a funder thank you. It’s becoming a lost art. The cartoon might express how you feel about it as well. Consider just starting by saying it when someone does something for you, small or great. Calling/Texting works, too. But there is something special about receiving that hand written note. It makes the statement that you were truly grateful enough to take the time to write the note. I know I smile when I get one. With all the bad stuff going on in the world, let’s try a little gratitude this week. Be blessed and a blessing!
